Led by Elena Marie Pocs, Marie Home Builders brings professional construction planning and management to every home we build. Elena graduated from Colorado State University in 2022 with a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management. Her experience spans from estimating for a Colorado concrete and asphalt company, civil project management for an aviation design-engineering firm, and five years with a large Utah-based general contractor, where she managed complex commercial projects valued between $30 and $75 million.

This broad range of experience gives Elena a unique perspective on construction and the ability to manage every component of a residential project—from planning and budgeting to subcontractor coordination, quality control, and final completion.
